Today Vanda Aubrey and I are diving in to a topic that is a hot topic with a lot of people and that is sleep. Vanda is a women’s health and hormone coach. She is on a mission to help moms in the trenches of toddlerhood to feel great again, to feel energized, have stable moods, and love their body. She has helped numerous mamas starts showing up for themselves again, prioritizing their health and well being all while not having to follow crazy rules or give up the foods that they love. 

On today’s episode, Vanda and I dive into why sleep is important. We chat about how much sleep you should be getting in a night and how our bodies heal while we are sleeping. We chat more about the two biggest hormones that help our sleep-wake cycle, cortisol and melatonin, and why they are important and how they affect us. Vanda also shares a few sleep tips, more about sleep hygiene, and we even chat about some supplements that we personally use to help with sleep.
